1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Luxora Management website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Services
Luxora provides corporate housing placement and property management services to qualified property owners and vetted corporate tenants. All engagements are formalized through a written management or lease agreement that supplements these Terms.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for property owners of high-value residences and corporate clients placing employees on long-stay assignments. Use of the site is restricted to adults capable of forming a binding contract.
4. Owner Obligations
Property owners agree to provide accurate information about the property, maintain insurable interest, comply with local zoning and HOA rules, and grant Luxora the authority necessary to place tenants and manage the residence under the executed management agreement.
5. Guest Obligations
Corporate guests, and their employers as contracting party, agree to treat the residence with care, comply with house rules, and remain accountable for any damage beyond reasonable wear, subject to our $3M Damage Protection and $1M Liability Insurance coverage.
6. Fees and Payments
Management fees, payout schedules, and any additional service charges are set out in the applicable management agreement. All amounts are payable in U.S. dollars (USA) or Canadian dollars (Canada) unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of Luxora Management Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Liability under any management agreement is limited as set out in that agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a management or lease agreement in accordance with its written terms. We reserve the right to suspend website access for misuse or breach of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
