Luxora Management operates property management and corporate housing placement services in compliance with the real-estate, tenancy, and tax regulations of the jurisdictions in which each managed residence is located. Specific licensing details are available upon request.
3. Insurance Coverage
Every placement is backed by a $3M USD Damage Protection Policy and a $1M USD Liability Insurance Policy, providing $4M in total coverage for our owners and their residences. Coverage terms and conditions are set out in the underlying policy documents.
